About the Doctors
Samuel "Jack" Burrow III, DDS, MS
Dr. Jack Burrow has been practicing orthodontics in Charlotte since 1979. He completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University receiving an engineering degree. Dr. Burrow then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Burrow is a published author, currently has four articles in print in the American Journal of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics on Friction, Bio Mechanics and Facial Balance. Dr. Burrow currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Orthodontics. He is actively engaged in clinical research and training of future orthodontists.
Dr. Burrow is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the following organizations:

- Charlotte Dental Society
He gives back to the community through his involvement with the Crossnore Home for Children. Dr. Burrow is married to Susan Cooper Burrow, a Charlotte native. They have four children and in their spare time, the Burrow family enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, snow skiing and traveling.
Jack "Chip" Case Jr., DDS, MS
Dr. Chip Case is a Charlotte native and a graduate of Olympic High School; he has been practicing orthodontics in the Charlotte area since 1983. After completing his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Dr. Case received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics also from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
Dr. Case is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of:

He is active in the community and participates in church mission trips, the homeless shelter dental clinic and the dental bus charity services. Dr. Case is married to Lori Wilson Case (also a Charlotte native) and has two daughters. The Case family enjoys the beach, family outings, motorcycling and travel. Dr. Case is an avid NASCAR fan – just ask to see his photo collection!
