"How can I begin to thank you enough for all you and your staff have done. For many years I have had issues with my smile due to teeth that were very much out of line. When I first came to the office I was unsure of what he could do, to what extent it may take and how much it would cost. After only a few minutes talking with him, he totally put my mind at ease and I began to think that I may finally after so long have a smile to be proud and the cost was well within reason! Little did I know that the entire experience would be so rewarding. With most visits to the dentist being one of those things that people dread, visits to see Dr. Burrow are quite the opposite. The entire staff puts you at ease and makes each patient feel comfortable and are always pleasant to each and every person no matter how many questions they may ask. During my visits over the past 11 months I have had the privilege of meeting many of the dental assistants and I have to say that each and every one of them have gone over and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. They are all so pleasant and I have enjoyed talking to each of them, I feel as if I have made many new friends, not just acquaintances.
Then there is Dr. Burrow.........where do I start? I think he has to be the nicest professional person I have ever met. He made me feel at ease from the very first moment that I met him. He is always in a great mood and acts like he is so glad to see each patient. He sits and talks like he is truly interested in what is going on in your life. He answers each and every question, no matter how "off the wall" it may seem and explains everything so that you can understand it. He explains what he thinks will be the best plan for you and lets you make the decision of the course of action to take. I have seen dentist in the past decide what they are going to do, without giving you an option but Dr. Burrow is not like that at all. He truly wants you to be happy with the plan and the end result will be much better for all involved. My first visit was to just talk to him to find out what my options were and after our visit I was told that my braces could be put on that day. I was ecstatic to say the least. I don't think anybody could have been any prouder of having braces knowing that my teeth were finally going to be straight and that was due to Dr. Burrow. The original plan was that my braces would stay on for about 6 months or so, but I had them on for a few months longer as Dr. Burrow wanted my teeth to be close to perfect and that's where they are now. With each visit he takes the time to let you know what progress is being made and what step is next. I got my braces off a couple weeks ago and I feel like a new person thanks to Dr. Burrow. It's amazing how much a person's confidence can be boosted when you are proud to smile. I feel privileged to know him and have him as my orthodontist. There is truly no one better around!
