The professionalism of the whole team is outstanding. I’ve been going to Burrows and Welchel Orthodontics for around three years and it has been a really great place for my braces and retainer needs. The staff is very friendly and adept at their occupation. Emily and Emily were attentive to my concerns, answered all my questions, and provided a comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to them I am very satisfied and confident with the results of my teeth.

My son had the best experience at Burrow and Welchel for his first orthodontist appointment. He was very nervous but Dr Welchel and staff did a great job making him feel calm. Debi was fantastic and helped make sure everything went smoothly. Dr Welchel and Dr Burrow both came in and explained options in detail, and there was no pressure. He went in for a consultation but they were able to get his braces on that day as well which was a nice surprise and saved a lot of time. Highly recommend!!!

After 15 years absence, it was wonderful to go back into this facility and see friendly, smiling faces and also see a friend from many years ago (Donna). Kelly was wonderful and totally explained the new processes available for retainers. I'm so pleased. Thank you all.

I have had an AMAZING experience at Burrow Welchel & Culp orthodontics! I had an appointment today with Maria and she made the Aligner process way easier and fun. Excellent staff! Everybody is so nice and answers ALL your questions. They get started IMMEDIATELY. Went in today 6/8/21 for a consultation and my son came out with his brace plates today. First off, everyone here is so friendly. Literally felt like I was talking to family. Mrs. Debbie definitely stood out. She has such a warm and welcoming personality and went over everything with me throughly. Besides everyone having an amazing personality, the process of me getting new braces (moved from New Orleans) was quick and they immediately started me on a treatment plan. The goody bag at the end was a nice cherry on top. Thank you everyone! Actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I don't normally write reviews but when I do it's because of the opportunity to elevate a positive experience. Dr. Whelchel along with her assistant provided the absolute top-notch 'bedside' manner or in this case 'dental chair' manner. They were both personable, down to earth and spoke directly to my children looking them in the eye & making them feel welcomed and comfortable. When I told Dr. Whelchel that I appreciated her approach she simply responded "I love what I do." Couldn't have asked for a more genuine answer. I may not be looking forward to the bills associated with braces 🙂 but I am looking forward to the service and care I know we'll receive.

My first time experience was an awesome one. Staff is super friendly and they made me feel right at home. They explained everything to me and I'm getting my braces next month. I was worried about my son getting braces because of the stories that were told to me. His/our experience at Burrow Orthodontics on Randolph was amazing. The staff was fantastic. I love Olivia’s spirit. She discuss school and sports with my son. Even thought she’s a Cowboys fan we still enjoyed her. I can not express how grateful we are. I had my regular orthodontist appointment today for aligners. Kaitlyn and Hannah are super helpful and skilled. They get me in and out while getting all my questions answered. If you get them be ready for a superb experience. The Orthodontists are very knowledgeable and great. Staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve been going here for 8 months. I would recommend going here.

Liz was amazing, and very knowledgeable about everything I asked! The doctor was easy to communicate what I needed, and reassured me that my plan would be successful! I usually get a little nervous but today, there were no negative vibes form the time I entered until the time I left! I recommend Burrow and Welchel for all your orthodontic needs!

Top notch, best in class service. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The staff as well as the doctors take the time to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. My 11 year old is a patient and she is very comfortable here. They do an amazing job and we are very happy that our dentist recommended Burrow & Welchel Orthodontics!
